What we collect

This site collects minimal data. Specifically:

• Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving analytics tool. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track visitors across sites. Aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, general geography) is collected to understand how content is performing. No individual visitor profiles are created.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to the Ghost in the Org Chart newsletter via Substack, your email address and any other information you provide are collected and processed by Substack, Inc. in accordance with Substack's Privacy Policy. This site does not independently store subscriber data.
• Diagnostic quiz. Responses to the Diagnostic Indicator quiz on the homepage are not currently collected, stored, or transmitted. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated prior to any data collection.

What we do not collect

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies, does not sell data, does not run behavioral tracking, and does not maintain user accounts. There are no login systems, payment forms, or contact forms on this site at this time.

Third-party links

This site links to external publications, regulatory documents, and LinkedIn articles. Once you leave this site, the privacy practices of those third parties apply.

Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable law (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA).
